BOFTEC of Yingkou Development Zone, the main authority on foreign-funded enterprises, is in-charge of the service and management of the approved projects, and co-ordination between the foreign invested enterprises and related service and administrative organizations.
After got approval document, the foreign-funded enterprises will go to the Industrial and Commercial Administration to apply business license, and the identification number, then go to open an bank account and get registered in Foreign Exchange Administration. The investor shall pay the investments according to the schedule stated in contract and articles of association. Then taxation registration, customs registration, finance registration, land-use and capital construction certificate is also necessary. After a period of preparation they come to formal operation. The enterprise can turn to BOFTEC for help when meeting with difficulties.
The enterprises should declare the capital injection and preparation progress to BOFTEC. They can put into operation after approval by the local BOFTEC.
