Boftec Bayuquan approves the projects,which belong to encouraged and allowed types of wholly foreign-owned enterprises,joint venture or cooperation,with total investment below US $ 30 million(excluding US $ 30 million).
Boftec Liaoning approves the projects,which belong to restricted types of wholly foreign-owned enterprises,joint venture or cooperation,with total investment below US $ 30 million.
Boftec Liaoning approves the projects with total investment above US $ 30 million.

1)Approval procedure for Joint Venture and Cooperation enterprises
(1)Establishment application approval
One responsible partner should apply to Boftec for establishment of project for approval.

E.Passport copy of foreign Legal Representative and Certificate or qualification for other Legal Representatives

C.Letter of Appointment for Board Members
D.Letter of Appointment for General Manager
E.Letter of Entrustment should be issued by the Chinese Legal Representative if Chinese partner entrusts one person to proceed.
